In the event that a product must be returned to us, the
customer will pay for return shipping. We realize that it is not
your fault if a product is defective, but please understand it is not
our fault either -- we carefully exam every product before it leaves and
we randomly test samples of every shipment we receive. This is why
we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The
customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the
replacement. All replacements will be done by Standard Ground Service
with delivery confirmation. We cannot offer our everyday low prices and
absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
Security
PayPal is the secure payment processor for USB
Wholesale. When you check out you will be taken to a secure server at
PayPal for processing. All online payments to USB Wholesale

Package Damaged or Lost
Shipping damage and lost packages must be claimed to
the shipping carrier at the time of delivery or loss. If some items are missing
or your order is incorrect or not complete, please report the
discrepancy to us at
USBWholesale@REMOVEatlanticbb.net within 24 hours as well as to the shipping carrier
if the package appears to be damaged or resealed.

Defective Product During Warranty Period (30 Days)
USBWholesale further warrants all products for a 30 day
period. Products found to be defective during the warranty
period will be replaced by USBWholesale with an equal or better product as determined by
USBWholesale. After 30 Days you must contact the Manufacturer for
Warranty Service.

Return the device freight prepaid to USBWholesale.
Use a service with a tracking number. USBWholesale is not
responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Carefully package the device so that is not damaged in
shipment,

If the device is found to be defective a replacement
part will be sent with 2 business days

If the device is not defective the product will be
returned at the customers expense.

After 15 days Merchandise can NOT
be returned for refund. Replacement ONLY
